Welcome Anita Ijaz, Case Manager

Born in Saudi Arabia and raised in Pakistan and then came to Philadelphia at the age of 6 Anita started working with the elderly at the age of 12 with her mother who is a Registered Nurse and
hasn’t stopped since.

Her in depth experience includes working at Magestic Oaks nursing home, as well with many private home care clients. Anita is well rounded in the care planning process as well as delivering the care herself.

“I enjoy the time I spend with all the people I have cared for as well as making a difference in their everyday life. I’m honored and eager to join the Reliant at Home Care team as a Case Manager to further my passion in assisting the elderly remain as independent as possible.”

Anita has previously worked as a Healthcare Communicator at Ashfield Healthcare for 8 years while caregiving for Reliant at Home Care on the side. When the Case Manager position became available we knew she would be the perfect fit to join the team!
