Reliant at Home Care was proud to sponsor the Pathway Schools 19th Annual golf Outing as one of the hole sponsors at the Rivercrest Golf Club and Preserve in Phoenixville Pa.

The annual golf outing is Pathways largest yearly fundraiser. Proceeds from the outing will benefit The Pathway Fund which supports the school’s general operating expenses as well as many of the following programmatic areas such as: technology, career education, student recreation, creative arts programs and community based learning.
The Pathway School is a non-profit, approved private school that provides educational and therapeutic services to young people with significant learning, social, emotional and executive functioning needs. Our mission is to build academic, social and life skills in students with special needs to promote their success and independence after Pathway.
