Reliant at Home Care Participates in the 2016 Senior Health and Fitness Day

Reliant at Home Care was proud to participate in the 2016 Senior Health and Fitness Day at the Spring Valley YMCA. This fair is a time to explore the many senior-friendly physical activity options, and to understand the importance of exercise and nutrition for ongoing health and illness prevention in the Greater Philadelphia Area. There were hospitals, home care agencies, doctor’s offices, and retirement communities all taking part in this educational process for Seniors that belong to the YMCA to give them a better understanding about the resources in the area.
